In the unlikely event that our experts find the item to have a manufacturing fault, it shall be rectified free of charge if the item has not been damaged due to:

  1. Mishandling or inappropriate use (Knocks, dents, crushing. etc.)
  2. Alteration, manipulation or repair by anyone other than Paul Bram. Proof of purchase must be provided.

Examples of common issues that do not qualify as manufacturing defects include:

  • Prongs become bent, caught, or worn, resulting in a stone falling out or lost due to regular wear or other damage.
  • Setting and precious metals naturally wear down over time and may require regular maintenance or restoration.
  • Stone loss or damage caused by chipping or breaking due to regular wear or other damage arising from neglecting necessary services and repairs to uphold the product's integrity are not covered.

Have your piece checked and professionally cleaned by our diamond experts every year.

Wipe your Paul Bram diamond jewellery with a soft cloth daily to remove surface finger marks and grease.

Clean your piece weekly with a toothbrush, warm water, and detergent to remove soap or dirt behind the setting. Rinse in cold clear water afterwards.

Store your precious Paul Bram pieces safely in individual pouches or soft lined compartment boxes.
