Competition Promoter

Information on prizes and how to enter this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this competition, entrants accept the stated Terms and Conditions of entry.

Who can enter?
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over 16 years of age, and users who ‘like’ the Paul Bram Facebook page, and ‘followers’ of the Paul Bram Instagram account. Excludes employees of Paul Bram.

How to enter?
Entrants must enter via the entry application on Facebook. Entrants must submit their details along with their favourite product from the products displayed on the app.
Entering the promotion will add the entrants email to the Paul Bram mailing list. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time by following the prompts in the email footer.
The competition commences Wednesday 13/07/2016 1200 AEST and closes Friday 29/07/16 midnight AEST.

Prize Pool
There are two prizes only.
Each prize consists of:
1 x $,1,000 voucher to be spent on OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN products in the Paul Bram showroom, and a personal styling experience for two with an OLE LYNGGAARD COPENHAGEN representative, in the Paul Bram showroom.
The winner consents to being photographed and having said photos shared by Paul Bram. It is the winners responsibly to make their way to the Paul Bram showroom.

Contacting Prize Winner
The prize winner will be judged by a Paul Bram representative. The winner will be contacted by the 05/08/2016 by 3pm AEST via email, and asked to contact a Paul Bram representative to claim their prize. If a prize winner cannot be contacted within one week of the announcement, the competition will be redrawn following the same process until two valid winners are notified and claim the prize.

Use of Prize
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, nor can they be re-sold.

Personal Information
Use of your personal information is governed by Paul Bram Privacy Policy, available on the Paul Bram website.

Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over 16 years of age, and users who ‘like’ the Paul Bram Facebook page, and ‘followers’ of the Paul Bram Instagram account. Excludes employees of Paul Bram.

How to enter?
Entrants must enter via Instagram, Pinterest, or by emailing email@example.com.au. Entrants must submit a professional photo of their Paul Bram engagement ring to one of the previously mentioned social networks / email address, using the hashtag #MYPAULBRAMRING. The submission must include the name or account of the professional photographer, the name of the Paul Bram consultant who informed the entrant about the competition, and a comment on how the entrant feels about their ring.
Competition commences Monday 26/05/2016 1200 AEST and closes Saturday 31/12/16 midnight AEST.

Prize Pool
There is one prize only. The prize is a Paul Bram full circle engagement ring valued at AUD$5,000.
The ring will be presented to the winner at the Paul Bram showroom by Bec Judd, at a date to be determined. The winner consents to being photographed and having said photos shared by Paul Bram. It is the winners responsibly to make their way to the Paul Bram showroom. In the event that this is not possible, the prize will be couriered to the winner with a handwritten note from Bec Judd.

Contacting Prize Winner
The prize winner will be judged by a Paul Bram representative. The winner will be contacted by the 10/01/2017 by 3pm AEST via Instagram, Pinterest, or email, and asked to contact a Paul Bram representative to claim their prize. If the first prize winner cannot be contacted within one week of the announcement, the competition will be redrawn following the same process until a valid winner is notified and claims the prize.

竞赛从澳大利亚东部标准时间2016年5月10日(星期二)开始,到2016年5月23日(星期一)午夜截止。

奖品
一等奖奖品是来自 Bec Judd 的 Logies 戒指一枚,该戒指指环采用18克拉白金打造,上面镶有0.45克拉圆钻,价值2,000澳元左右。该戒指将由 Bec Judd 于后文确定的日期在 Paul Bram 陈列室颁发给获奖者。获奖者同意 Paul Bram 对其拍照,并分享照片。由获奖者自行到 Paul Bram 陈列室领奖,假如获奖者无法前来领奖,Paul Bram 会将奖品快递给获奖者,并附上一张 Bec Judd 的手写卡片。

联系获奖者
由 Paul Bram 的一名代表判定获奖者,Paul Bram 会在澳大利亚东部标准时间2016年5月27日前通过 Instagram 联系获奖者,让其联系 Paul Bram 的一名代表领奖。假如我们在公告发布后一周内无法联系到最初的获奖者,竞赛将按同样的流程重新进行,直至通知到可联系到的获奖者,且该获奖者前来领奖为止。

奖品使用
奖品不可转让、不可退还、不可交易、不可更换,也不可兑换成现金。奖品不可用于兑换礼品券,也不可转售。

个人资料
对您个人资料的使用受 Paul Bram 的《隐私权政策》(在 Paul Bram 网站上公布)制约。
