Instagram Competition – Win Bec Judd’s Logies Ring

Information on prizes and how to enter this competition form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry. By entering this competition, entrants accept the stated Terms and Conditions of entry.

Who can enter?
Entry is open to residents of Australia who are over 16 years of age, and ‘followers’ of the Paul Bram Instagram account (@PaulBramDiamonds). Excludes employees of Paul Bram.

How to enter?
Entrants must enter via Instagram, follow @paulbramdiamonds and publicly repost the Paul Bram competition image from Instagram, using the hashtag #winbecsring. Alternatively entrants can publicly repost Bec Judd’s competition image from Instagram, using the hashtag #winbecsring.

A caption of 25 words or less must be included to explain why the entrant would like to win Bec’s Logies ring.

Competition commences Tuesday 24/04/17 1200 AEST and closes Monday 14/05/17 midnight AEST.

Prize Pool
First prize is Bec Judd’s Logies ring, with 0.77cts of diamonds, set on an 18ct white gold band, valued at approximately $3,450. The ring will be presented to the winner at the Paul Bram showroom by Bec Judd, at a date to be determined. The winner consents to being photographed and having said photos shared by Paul Bram. It is the winner’s responsibility to make their way to the Paul Bram showroom. In the event that this is not possible, the prize will be couriered to the winner with a handwritten note from Bec Judd.

Contacting Prize Winner
The prize winner will be judged by a Paul Bram representative. The winner will be contacted by the 17thof May 2017 by 5pm AEST via Instagram and asked to contact a Paul Bram representative to claim their prize. If the first prize winner cannot be contacted within one week of the announcement, the competition will be redrawn following the same process until a valid winner is notified and claims the prize.

Use of Prize
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates, nor can they be re-sold.

Personal Information
Use of your personal information is governed by Paul Bram Privacy Policy, available on the Paul Bram website.

Facebook / Instagram
Facebook and Instagram have no association or jurisdiction over the competition. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram. Participants are providing information to Paul Bram and not to Facebook or Instagram. The winner of this promotion must agree that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material.
